You may check settings–security–device administrators, if you cannot fins your email, you may visit Samsung service center, as I know they can fix this Exchange issue with their own tools.
Galaxy NoteMemberIf you already reset your phone and it still does not work, possibly,it is a hardware issue. You may ask Samsung service center guys to check it for you. It should take less than 10 mins.
Galaxy NoteMemberThe charger for Galaxy Note is 1A (1000mA). You can use any USB charger with outpout 0.5-1A. Of course, lower rating means longer charging time, and there should be no harm to your Note. Of course, it is better to get an official one if it is not so expensive.

Galaxy NoteMemberif the apps are from Google play store, you can use automatic restore by backing up to Google servers. You can do this under settings–back up and reset. You need enable back up my data AND automatic restore. This only works for apps from Google play.

Of course, you can do it by yourself, but it is not a simple job and you may end up with a messed hone.
