I have already bought SAMSUNG BRAND, Note 9, model no SM-N960N from Korea. I find out the User Manual for it on the internet web-page. But, I found it in Korea lanugage, not in English. So, I want it in English.

Samsung did not release the English version of the user manual for the models sold in Korea. Only Korean versions are available.
Anyway, you can just pick the English version for the international version. Most part should work.
