Tagged: n7000 update problems
i am from India. recently i updated my Samsung galaxy note N 7000 to Android 4.04 with baseband version N7000DDLR1 and build number IMM76D.DDLR9. since the update i got a weird problem that the icons of the applications the i have on my handset gets vanished. the applications gets started but instead of the icon i get icon of android sd in right bottom. this happens with the appl that i have installed on the sd card. also i have recently loaded a new micro sd class 4, 16 gb memory card on my hand set. anyone has a solution for this pleases guide me.
Aslo other problem is that all the audio media including that of the games and appls get added in the music player. requied a solution even for that.
Well I’m from Trinidad and Tobago and I am still yet to receive the 4.0.4 update 🙁
You can try to move that app to phone. I heard this is due to slow SD card scanning.
I think that is a known issue with the 4.0.4 update that SD card reading speed is slower than the app drawer display. Due to that even your drawer settings like separate pages, and also you home page icon keep on vanishing.
I suggest to move to some custom launcher till we get an update. I purchased Nova launcher in 25 Billion sale and now it is working amazingly well.
