  • Did the factory reset with no luck. Was trying to prevent the long service call to ATT for them to eventually replace. Like pulling teeth talking to them. I am currently on vacation and will return home on the fifteenth. I have spent more time than I care and will have to spend a day with them. This is my second Note 3.

    • You may reboot the phone into recovery mode (pressing and holding Home+ volume up+ power buttons. Then choose to wipe the data and wipe the cache. This will clean the phone.

    • When you run cleanmaster, you need choose to clear the unnecessary files. Then reboot the phone.

If it does not work, you can try to clear cache and clear data for Play store. The error is probably related to some leftover files.

  • My original problem was the Facebook app crashing and deinstalling. I have tried to reinstall but the app downloads and then gives an error code while installing. I use this app more than any I have. I have been trying for three weeks to reinstall from the play store. Took it to Samsung rep at Best Buy who backed up and tried to reinstall. Nothing but the same error 24.

    • I think you can always log in manually. The saved password only saves you typing. I don't think it can do more.

Anyway, why didn't you just use the app?

  • How do you find Facebook file and folders to delete after app has been deleted. I get error 24 when trying to install.

    • it is not necessary to manually delete files. Once the app is uninstalled or the account is deleted, the personal info linked to the account will be deleted automatically.

Of course, for download files, it depends how you downloaded them.

      • The app was uninstalled but I can access my account thru chrome. Do I need to delete the account thru chrome? Will I lose everything?

        • You can always access facebook through any web browser, just like that on a pc. It is not linked to the device.

If you saved password in Chrome, you can manage them on a PC and remove it so that you have to log in manually.

  • How do I get my screen mirroring option on my note 3 to my Sony blue ray player to stop lagging. Sometimes it works great but lately it's been lagging

  • Can't find "MyFiles" in Application. Can only find MyFiles via S-find/search. How do I move/copy MyFiles (or the Note3 user's manual, actually) to home or other screens?
