This post explains the 11 items in the Galaxy Note 10 box and their usage so that you can get the full benefits of the purchase.

In most regions, besides the get started guide, safety guide, and some leaflets, the following 11 items are included in the Galaxy Note 10 box, as shown in the picture below.:

Now, let’s go through these 11 items one by one.
Of course, the phone (Galaxy Note 1o or Galaxy Note 10+) is the most important item.
By default, the battery level of a new phone is about 50%. So, it is enough for you to check and test Galaxy Note 10 on the spot.
In some regions, Samsung only offers repair services (no 1-to-1 exchange) once you take the phone home. If this is the case, you should check:
Please note in most regions, a plastic screen protector is pasted on the screen. It is not necessary to remove it. Since Galaxy S10, Samsung has adopted the in-display ultrasonic fingerprint reader, so most tempered glass screen protectors may NOT work with Galaxy Note 1o or Galaxy Note 10+.

When unboxing, S Pen should be placed in the S Pen slot on the phone.
The S Pen should work out of the box. It should be paired with Galaxy Note 10 automatically.

In the Galaxy Note 10 box, there is no USB-C to 3.5mm audio adapter. This means you cannot use your existing wired headphones on Galaxy Note 10 unless you get a USB-C to 3.5mm dongle.
Remember, neither Galaxy Note 10 nor Galaxy Note 10 has the 3.5mm headphone jack, as explained here.
Instead, there is an AKG-branded USB-C headset in the box.
When purchasing a USB-C to 3.5mm audio adapter, you should be very careful about the quality and brand.
Although Galaxy Note 10+ supports 45W superfast charging, you can only find a 25W wall charger in the box.
Of course, it is usually good enough for most owners.
You can also use your old USB chargers. But the charging speed will be a bit slower.
You should avoid third-party 45W wall chargers. Some USB PD (power delivery)Â 3.0 (or 2.0) compatible wall chargers may claim 45W charging capacity, but Galaxy Note 10+ may not work properly with them because of the requirements of PPS. You may end up charging at 15W or even lower speeds.
Please also note the USB port on the 25W wall charger is USB-C, not USB-A (which is bigger) as in previous generations. You need to use a USB-C cable (USB-C to USB-C), which is included in the box.
Both Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy Note 10+ support wireless charging. But a wireless charging pad is not included in the box.

In the Galaxy Note 10 box, the USB cable is USB-C to USB-C, not the traditional USB-C to USB-A.
If you have an old PC or laptop without USB-C ports, you should keep your old USB-A to USB-C cable if you need to connect the phone to the PC.
You can use the USB-C cable to connect Galaxy Note 10 to your PC/laptop and then use Samsung DeX for PC immediately.
Do not throw anything in the box before you check them carefully.
The spare nibs (tip) for S Pen together with the tweezer, can be found in the small plastic bag.

When you try to replace the S Pen tip, you should use tweezers.
You need to insert the pin into the hold of the SIM card tray and press it a bit to eject the SIM card tray so that you can place your SIM card.
You should check the Galaxy Note 10 layout page to find the location of the hole, and do not pierce the microphones on the top.
For Galaxy Note 10+, a micro SD card slot is also on the SIM card tray. Slot 1 in the tray is for SIM cards only. Slot 2 can be used for either a SIM card or a micro SD card (not both). You may check this guide on how to use a SIM card tray on Galaxy Note 10.
As explained on this page, Galaxy Note 10 does not support a micro SD card.
The USB connector is for you to connect other USB devices to Galaxy Note 10. For example, you can migrate data, apps, and files from the old phone to Galaxy Note 10 by connecting them directly, as explained on this page.
You can also connect an old USB flash drive or USB portable drive (without a USB-C port/connector) for Galaxy S9/S10, as explained here.
The male side (USB-C) should be inserted into the Galaxy Note 10 USB-C port. You can insert USB devices (or USB cable) into the female side (USB-A).
In most regions, Samsung includes a transparent back cover in the Galaxy Note box.
You can use it temporarily before you get your desired cover/case. Some owners like me need a case so that the phone can be held naturally.
The quality of the cover is not so bad. But it does not provide much shock/impact protection.
Anyway, if you want, you can get other cases/covers for Galaxy Note 10 or Note 10+. For example, Samsung offers the Galaxy Note 10 Clear view (S View) cover, LED view cover, LED back cover, and many more.
As mentioned above, since the Galaxy S10, Samsung pastes a plastic screen protector on the phone.
In all regions, as I know, Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy Note 10+ are pasted with such a screen protector.
Unless you are sure you do not need the screen protector, you should keep it on. Many tempered glass screen protectors do not work well with the in-display fingerprint reader.
Of course, some owners may feel the screen protector is too sticky for the S Pen. In this case, you can try a different (different color) S Pen nib.

I have used stylus based devices since the days of Palm and moved to the Note Series with a Note 2, 3, 8 and now the 10+.
I have always purchased a screen protector , usually. from the manufacturer or Invisishield/Zagg. And was very happy with them.
But I feel like I made a huge mistake this time with the removal of the Note 10+ factory applied screen film and application of the Invisishield/zagg protector.
The new protector itself applied easy enough and I don't have any bubbles. I changed settings to increase sensitivity so that is not the issue. And the current soft nib does ok when writing on screen with the S- pen.
The issue is that the so called self healing aspect of the protective film leaves minute worm trail impressions visible on the screen protector. It is a minor annoyance, but definitely noticeable and detracts from the original silky glossy screen of the factory film.
I am disappointed that I removed the factory film. I did so based on previous experience that such factory applied film was nothing more than packing tape. Apparently it is an actual quality screen protective film.
I would definitely caution Note 10+ users against removing the factory applied screen film!

Yes, the pre-installed screen protector on Galaxy Note 10 (Note 10+) is similar to those for which you have to pay $10-$20 in the market. It is a decent plastic screen protector.
Samsung offers a free screen protector since Galaxy S10 because of the in-display fingerprint sensor. Most tempered glass screen protectors will not work nicely with the fingerprint reader.
