Video call problem over carrier 3G SHV-E160L

Hi,

I am using note 1, SHV-E160L korean version and ics 4.0.4. I can video call over skype using 3G data network.

But couldn’t perform video call using dialer over carrier 3G.

it is possible it is not supported by your network. Using Skype is independent of your network.
