I am having trouble getting my PC to recognize my tablet as anything other than a Camera, so I cannot transfer info/documents. Any hope
Please try to install Samsung Kies, which includes the USB driver for your Note.
Also, when connecting to your PC, sometimes, you need go to the the Mote to unlock the screen once.
