hi i have bought a new note2 but since the first day when i go to sleep keeping my phone in a safe place the time i wake up i see that my phone has been turned off automatically and doesnt start as battery goes down to 0 although it had enough battery when last seen…yesterday i had already switched it off so that battery doesnt drains but when i woke up it had 0 battery again..(the phone had 80% battery last ni8)…plz help me:'(
For normal usage, did you notice the battery drain rate?
Anyway, it looks like a hardware issue. It is better to get a replacement or have it checked in local Samsung service centre.
