Usually GPS is more accurate for height. So, most altimeter apps use GPS instead of barometer.
There are a few apps in Google Play store using barometer as altimeter. Of course, some formulas must be used to convert pressure to height. Usually this is not accurate. https://play.google.com/store/search?q=Altimeter+Barometer&c=apps
