S Note is saved as snb file by default, which should be readable by Note 10.1. You can open an S Note, then press the menu button (left), choose share via, the select the S Note, then select type as S Note document file (.snb), to copy it to another Note.
Anyway, I have not decided to go for ASUS Transformer infinity or Note 10.1, as I am not happy with the display on Note 10.1 (see this post: why Galaxy Note 10.1 will fail ?), but ASUS does not have S Pen.
So, I currently I cannot test it.
