we will definitely be getting Jelly Bean on the Galaxy Note in my opinion, although they havent anouced it yet. JellyBean is a minor update compared to ICS so we should see it alot sooner than we had to wait for ICS. As said Jelly Bean brings Project butter which basically is an optimization of ICS which is the reason 4.1 looks exactly the same as 4.0. It brings more features to the notification menu that will give more info & options regarding that info. The big addition that Jelly Bean brings is Google Now which is a voice activated search tool that will talk your answers back to you in a incredibly human sounding voice as well as bring up info cards on the screen with the written answer that the device is reading out to you. Ive been playing with this feature for the last week & it is in its early stages so cards are few & far between but in shows the amazing work google is doing & the direction they are bringing the OS. Wuth Jelly Bean 4.1 I believe the Galaxy Note will be the best device ever created as there is begining to be nothing the Valaxy Note cant do. ANDROID IS THE FUTURE – KID ANDROID
