It seems your phone cannot enter deep sleep state. When your phone is not in use, it is supposed to enter deep sleep mode. This is probably the major reason of the battery drain.
You may try to shutdown the phone, remove the battery,, wait a min, then put the battery back and power on the phone. Now wait a few hours, and check:
1). the reading of CPU Spy
2). reading of “Others” in BBS
3). reading of “Partial Wakelocks”
4). reading of “Kernel Wakelocks”
