For a smartphone, whose 5.3″ size was questions by many reviewerssince its initial release 5 months ago, it is a big success. 5 million buyers proved there is a genuine market for such Phablets. I like the size as written in the Size Always Matters
post.Hope Samsung can maintain the momentum and push out Ice Cream Sandwich update to Galaxy Note earlier.

I'm with Jerry. I was an iPhone use since it first released and a Morotola user before that and the Note was my first foray into the Android OS. It is awesome!!! I cannot believe how much I have enjoyed using it after I got used to the differences. The Note is perfect for me. The large screen size is wonderful for reading books, watching movies, taking notes (the S-Pen is a godsend for me and my work), and just general ease of use. i dont have to squint when reading the screen or bring it closer to my face or zoom in... Overall Samsung did an awesome job with the Note and I am very excited to see what the Note 2 is going bring for us. :-)
I love its large 5.3 inch screen. I think the Phablet has faultless performance with versatility. Since I got it, I have never looked back. Pictures and video taken come out extremely sharp. Can touch the screen to focus on that point - or pinch to zoom in before taking the picture.
And yes...over 5 million units sold...you might want to hear what the COO of Samsung Electronics has to say about it..http://www.globalsources.com/gsol/I/Smartphones/a/9000000122769.htm
