I can't seem to turn back on my developer Options since the first time. I tried to hide the developer otions by clearing the cache in settings, but now when I try tapping on the Build Number 7 times, but there is no messages telling me that "You are a developer now" I tried resetting the phone, and restarting, didn't work.
Not sure. Did you reset settings or reset the phone?
Anyway, did you try to clear cache partition?
