Use My Files application to access all kinds of files stored in your Galaxy Note 3, including images, videos, songs, and sound clips.
Tap My Files on the Applications screen.
Select a category and then tap a folder to open it.
To view the uploaded photos or videos in Dropbox, tap Dropbox, and then sign in to your Dropbox account.
In a folder, tap
Tap
Add a shortcut of frequently-used folders to the shortcuts area. Tap
Add a FTP server shortcut to the shortcuts area.

I cant move files , Note 9. It happened after the stupid update.
Internal storage or SD card? What error messages did you get? Did you check permissions for My Files?
The server ip address eg. 192.168.0.101 port 21 user then password

Please tell me what should i put in "SERVER" & "PORT" box while signing in FTP ?
You should ask such info from FTP provider.
