  • My Wifi turn on knob is not engaging it is not showing green when knob is turned on
I am unable to get WiFi

    • What knob?

Once WiFi is turned on the phone, it should search for available WiFi networks nearby. Did you turn on your wireless router? Can other devices connect to the router?

  • Why does my portable hotspot very slow(like not connected) when my phone is 3g or H .. but during H+ it works fine? Is it the phone problem or the laptop problem? Or does it only have to do with the signal?

    • It seems it's your network problem. If 4g lte is not available, H+ (HSPA+) is the fastest connection you can get with your phone. 3g and h (HSPA) are slower. Your connection will fall back to his if h+ is not available. If h is not available either, it will fall back to 3g. In worse scenario, the connection may fall back to 2g (edge, gprs).
