Hello everyone,
I brought my Samsung Galaxy Note N7000 last summer, and I never updated software on it. I read in this forums, that many of you who updated have problems with battery, RAM usage … and I decided to not update my software. On Gingerbread battery is excellent, RAM usage is always on 400 mb and I don’t know what to do.
I need your advice about update, should I let it go and use Gingerbread or Is there version of new android that fixes all bugs and that issues?
Thank you in advance ….
If the phone can serve you well, and you do not want to try the new features, you probably can ignore the updates.
When the OS is updated to a new version, there are always new bugs when old bugs are fixed.
All applications, all features, battery, and more are serving me very well, and I don’t plan to update when I see full forum of mentioning battery problems (what is for me most important thing), so I am a little bit scared because phone that I have right now is very good, and why not leave it like this.
Got one question, actually two. I have upgraded to the official version of Jelly Bean 4.1.2. My question is, is there a way to root? and where can I find superuser file?
Thanks for your time
Iggy
Should I wait until there is a root for this version of Jelly Bean? Or will I just received a error while trying to install this root. Hate to brick my phone again.
Thanks Iggy
