warranty
The Wifi setting should be quite simple. Can your Note detect wifi at all? Anyway, if it is still under warranty, you can always ask them to repair or replace.
my phone shows the wep key connection but doesn’t connect to the web
You can go to Settings–WiFi–Advanced. And check whether it get IP address properly from your router. If it gets address properly, the problem can be caused by your router.
I CHECKED MY ROUTER SETTINGS THEY ARE ALL GOOD I HAVE VERIZON ROUTER AND EVERTHING SHOWS OK ON IT ALSO ON MY PHONE IN THE WIFI NETWORK SHOWS MY WEP KEY AND SAYS OBTAINING IP ADDRESS AND THEN SAYS SAVED SECURE WITH WEP KEY, SO I THINK ITS IN THE PHONE SOFTWARE OR HARDWARE PROBLEM LOOKS LIKE I’M GOING TO HAVE TO RETURN IT FOR REPAIR, THANKS FOR YOUR HELP
