Hello, I just bought a galaxy note 10.1. I’m having troubles with the text recognition productivity tool. When I write text, it just does nothing. What I wrote with the pen stays there. I’ve tried reinitializing S note, the unit, and also deleting all of the S note data. I’ve also tried changing the handwritten input preferences. what could better problem? Thanks!
Did you get the correct language (once the handwriting recognition is enabled, in the right of toolbox for handwriting recognition)?
Usually once you write, the recognized text will be put in a text box. Although there is a lag, but it is marginal.
Anyway, you probably can go to local Samsung service centre for a hardware check.
