hello,
i hope someone can help me with this problem i’ve just bought note 10.1 then used it for about 2 hours and charged it for 6 hours on my laptop then the second day it shutdown and i can’t open it and i can’t charge it and i can’t detect what its problem????
does the manual installation of adobe flash player has any role in that crash???
First, you need check whether the battery was charged or not. You can charge the note for 1 or 2 hours using the official charge. Then try to reboot. If not, remove the battery, and try again.
Normally, you should NOT use notebook or PC to charge your tablet because the current from USB port (500mA) is too low for the battery.
Anyway, if you are sure the battery is charged, but you cannot start it, you can always ask for a replacement.
Yes, have the Keymaster’s advice and plug the device to an AC outlet for a whole day. You may see a blinking battery on the screen show you the device is being charged.
If this doesn’t work either, your Note may have fallen its perch 🙂
Hope you can get out of this mistake 🙂
