Make phone calls, select between skype or normal call..

Good Morning, i’m trying  to find how to recover something that happens with my phone.

I install Skype in my note 2, since then, everytime i make a phone call, it open a window it says, make the phone call using skype or the normal call, with the options always or just this time. But one day i press the always options, and now and can’t turn back. if someone knows how to reverse this. in the phone appear a message in the moment to reverse but i didn’t see…and i would to get back this option, without have to open always the skype app to make a call phone.
