It’s only about 4 weeks since I’ve had this weird problem of random turn-offs and I can’t find any solution to the problem. I find that it happens only when the note is in sleep.I should add that after these unnoticed turn-offs, I have hold the power button longer than usual to power up the device. I have tried the Factory reset option but still after four or five days and installing some apps it’s all the same…
please advise…I really don’t know what to do about it…It could be due to some hardware issues. You can visit Samsung service center to ask them check it for you.
