my device is galaxy notes 10.1, heres the details

i just bought this note 10.1 for 2 days. at first everything worked fine, including the s note. i could insert images all i wanted. but suddenly, it couldnt insert images. everytime i tried to insert images in s note, it kept saying “document restored after application closed” and it went to blank note (though i already wrote something there). i didnt try to root or something and its just been 2 days only. and i could say im using it in “normal use”. so can anybody help me? i dont know what happened. what should i do? i have read about this problem, and none seems to be good enough to solve this.

It is usually caused by some background apps. You may try to restart (reboot) your tablet.
BTW, you can also try to update your tablet.
