can you narrow it down and tell me which of those apps are causing the problem??or is it all of them?
January 31, 2013 at 11:52 am #743Galaxy NoteMemberHi Anand, you may download the BBS app as mentioned in this post: https://www.allaboutgalaxynote.com/how-to-solve-battery-issues-after-ics-update-in-your-galaxy-note/
January 31, 2013 at 11:58 am #744Galaxy NoteMemberHi Puneech, it is hard to narrow down with doing tests.
But for JuiceDenfender, it is probably not necessary at all. If you want to have longer battery life, just remeber to9 disable wifi and mobile data when you are not going to use them for next a few hours.
Antivirus is not essential for Android. Just try to install apps from trusted sources (e.g., Play store).
You can try to turn on Chrome as it provide better browsing experience than the stock one.
January 31, 2013 at 12:09 pm #745AnonymousInactiveHI,
have already downloaded that. please let us know when to take readings, I mean post boot, post charging etc.
I am also experiencing screen flickering issue, once battery reaches ~20% & phone shuts down & shows 0% battery.
bought this new phone just 10 days ago.. 🙁
January 31, 2013 at 1:48 pm #747Galaxy NoteMemberIf the phone has problems, I think you can ask for a replacement (depending on local regulations, of course).
Normally, you can reboot the phone before going to bed, then read it in the next morning (after a few hours). You can also dump all readings into a text file in your SD, by tap menus button (left), go to more–Dump to File.
January 31, 2013 at 1:55 pm #748AnonymousInactivePhone cant be replaced since it is more than 4 days after purchase.
Will do the process said by you & share readings.
February 3, 2013 at 11:43 am #750AnonymousInactiveSince, my cell was in warranty i went to Service center about this problem.
They replaced my battery with a new one & formatted the software.
Hope this resloves the issue.

June 17, 2013 at 4:49 pm #928AnonymousInactiveHello,
I have been using galaxy note since November 2012.Earlier there was no problem .But now adays, my mobile charger is disconnected automatically with a tone although my charger and cable is ok. sometimes mobile shows message like” Dock is connected” for a second and charging gets disconnected. Then I brought it to my nearest samsung service center. They completely updated my mobile and the problem was solved. But after few days, i faced the same problem as soon as i downloaded some applications from play store and also i used PAN drive via cable. But my charger is working randomly at present.I do know what is the actual reason.is there any problem because of downloaded application?? Downloading was done via WiFi connection. So, Plz kindly give me a solution.thank you.with reagards
June 23, 2013 at 10:44 am #930Galaxy NoteMemberdid you try again a new battery? It is unlikely caused by apps downloaded from the play store.
June 23, 2013 at 1:41 pm #931AnonymousInactiveno i m still having the same problem….
June 24, 2013 at 12:59 pm #932Galaxy NoteMemberYou can back up your data, then perform a factory reset.
June 24, 2013 at 1:29 pm #933AnonymousInactivei did already……..
June 25, 2013 at 12:26 pm #934Galaxy NoteMemberIf you already tried a new battery, and factory reset, the last thing, as I know, you may try is a new cable and another charger (one rated as 1000mA).
You may also try to disable/enable the USB debug mode (Settings–Developer options–Debugging–USB debugging)
Anyway, I cannot recall any other possible software settings.
