Did you try the S Pen on other Note?
If you use a cover/case with magnetic lock, you may try to remove the case for a while then try again.
Sometimes, you can try to turn off screen rotation, toggle dominant hand (settings–S Pen).
Anyway, you can go to any Samsung shops to test whether it is the problem of the S Pen or the screen.
